KOMA is a project by youth in Japan and the UK dedicated to spotlighting new creatives and independent music culture. We remain 100% self-funded to ensure we always serve our community’s best interests. As we grow, we are looking for new collaborators to experiment and test boundaries with us!

1. Design: Fashion design, blueprints, vector art, and product mockups.
2. Creative Production: Memes, photography, videography, and visual output.
3. Editorial & Research: Cultural documentation, archives, and bilingual content.
4. Events & Curation: A&R, scouting acts, and event planning.
5. Operations & Logistics: Project management, timelines, and documentation.
The work will be flexible, with the scope to help KOMA in any area you can!

These roles are currently unpaid, but we operate on a profit-share model for projects that directly generate revenue. Beyond the money, we offer full access to our events and industry connections, credit on everything you touch, and free stuff that we make.
As a passion project first we aren't looking for corporate resumes; we want chill, high-energy self-starters who are down to build Rome with us. We value a positive attitude and a genuine drive to create! You can blow up with us (or epic fail with us), but you’ll have a seat at the proverbial table which is KOMA.
